Shipping Policy

At Aatrod, we care about delivering your orders quickly and reliably. This Shipping Policy explains how we manage processing, delivery, tracking, and shipping fees, so you always know what to expect.


1. Where We Ship

We proudly ship to most countries, including the United States. However, in some cases, legal or logistical restrictions may prevent checkout from being available in your region.


2. Business Days

We process orders from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
If you place an order on the weekend or during a holiday, it will be handled on the next business day.


3. Shipping Locations

Depending on where you live and what you order, your items may ship from either a U.S. fulfillment center or one of our trusted international facilities.


4. Processing Time

  • Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
  • During busy periods such as holidays or major sales, processing may take longer.
  • If there’s a delay, we’ll notify you by email as soon as possible.

5. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–18 business days

Keep in mind that these are estimates. Delays may happen due to customs inspections, bad weather, or courier issues. Even so, we always do our best to ensure timely delivery.


6. Shipping Fees

  • U.S. orders: Free shipping
  • International orders: Flat fee of $8.55

Shipping charges are shown clearly at checkout. We never include hidden fees, so you can shop with confidence.


7. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can then track your package on the carrier’s website for real-time updates.


8. Address Issues or Failed Delivery

Before placing your order, please double-check your shipping address for accuracy.

If a package is returned due to a wrong or incomplete address:

  • We’ll contact you to arrange reshipment.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply.

Unfortunately, we can’t be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect customer input.
