Returns & Refunds Policy

At Aatrod, your satisfaction is our top priority. Therefore, if you’re not fully happy with your order, we’ve designed a straightforward and transparent return and refund process.


1. Service Availability

We accept returns from customers in the United States and most international countries. However, if your country is restricted, checkout will not be possible.


2. When Can You Return an Item?

You may return an item within 30 days of receiving it, provided that:

  • It is unused and in its original condition
  • It includes original packaging, tags, and accessories

Otherwise, we may decline the return request.


3. Items You Can’t Return

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Personalized or made-to-order products
  • Gift cards or promotional giveaways
  • Items damaged due to misuse or wear

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at support@aatrod.com with your order number and reason
  2. Wait for our response with return instructions and the shipping address
  3. Ship the item using a trackable method

Important: Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item was incorrect, damaged, or defective.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Email us immediately at support@aatrod.com
  • Attach photos of the item along with a description and your order number

As a result, we’ll provide a replacement, refund, or other resolution—free of charge.


6. Refund Process

Once we inspect and approve your return:

  • We’ll issue a refund to your original payment method
  • Processing takes 5–9 business days, depending on your bank

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is our fault.


7. Haven’t Seen Your Refund Yet?

If your refund hasn’t appeared:

  1. Check your account or credit card statement again
  2. Contact your bank to confirm the processing time
  3. Still waiting? Reach out to us at support@aatrod.com

8. Want to Exchange?

We don’t offer exchanges at this time. However, you can:

  • Return the original item for a refund
  • Then, place a new order for the item you want
