1. Where do you ship to?
We ship to customers in the United States and most international countries, unless restricted by law. If your country is not supported, checkout will not be available.
2. How much is shipping?
- U.S. orders: Free shipping
- International orders: Flat rate of $8.55
Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
3. How long does delivery take?
- U.S. orders: 3–7 business days
- International orders: 7–18 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and do not include order processing (1–3 business days).
4. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s official website.
5. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. You can still return the item after receiving it by following our Returns & Refunds Policy.

6. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order if the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Some items (like custom-made or final sale products) may not be eligible for return.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order separately.
