At Aatrod, we understand that sometimes plans change. We aim to accommodate order cancellations whenever possible. Please review our cancellation guidelines below to understand your options.


1. How to Request a Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it:

In your message, include:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for cancellation

2. Cancellation Window

We strive to process and ship orders quickly. As a result:

  • Cancellations can only be guaranteed before the order has been processed or shipped.
  • Once an order has entered the shipping phase, it cannot be canceled.

In such cases, you may be eligible to return the item after delivery under our Returns & Refunds Policy.


3. Custom and Personalized Orders

Orders for customized or personalized products (e.g., monogrammed or made-to-order items) cannot be canceled once processing has begun, unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery.


4. Refund for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–9 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
