1. Eligibility for Cancellation

  • You may cancel an order before it has shipped.
  • Once an order is marked as shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and must follow our Returns & Refunds Policy.
  • Custom-made or special-order products cannot be canceled once the order is confirmed due to their personalized nature.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To request a cancellation:

  2. Include your order number and cancellation request
  3. We will confirm the order status
  4. If the order has not shipped, we will cancel it and begin the refund process

3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your order is successfully canceled:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically process within 5–9 business days
  • If canceled before shipment, you will receive a full refund, including shipping fees
  • If the order has already shipped, shipping charges are non-refundable

4. Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or return.
