Cancellation Policy

At Aatrod, we know that plans can change. That’s why we allow you to cancel your order in specific cases. This policy outlines when cancellations are possible and how refunds are handled.


1. Can You Cancel an Order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it ships.
However, once it’s marked as shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, you’ll need to follow our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Please note: Custom-made or personalized items cannot be canceled after the order is confirmed due to their unique nature.


2. How to Cancel Your Order

To request a cancellation:

  1. Email us at support@aatrod.com
  2. Include your order number and the word “Cancellation” in the subject line
  3. We’ll check the order status and confirm by email
  4. If it hasn’t shipped, we’ll cancel it and begin the refund process

For faster assistance, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.


3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation is approved:

  • We’ll refund the full amount to your original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 5–9 business days, depending on your bank
  • If canceled before shipment, shipping fees are also refunded
  • If canceled after shipment, shipping costs are non-refundable

4. Final Sale Items

Items labeled as Final Sale are not eligible for:

  • Cancellation
  • Refund
  • Return

5. Received the Wrong Item?

If you received the wrong product or something is missing from your package:

  • Email us right away at support@aatrod.com
  • Include your order number and a brief explanation

We’ll review the issue and provide a solution, which may include a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
