Ordering

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Browse our store, select the items you want, and add them to your cart. When you’re ready, go to checkout and follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Yes, but only if your order hasn’t been shipped. Contact us at support@aatrod.com as soon as possible. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and our Returns & Refunds Policy will apply.


Shipping

Q: How long does shipping take?

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–18 business days

Note: All orders have a processing time of 1–3 business days before shipment.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A:

  • U.S. Shipping: Flat rate of $8.55
  • International Shipping: Flat rate of $8.55

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.


Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept the following payment methods:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and PayPal.

Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Absolutely. All transactions are protected with SSL encryption. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.


Returns & Refunds

Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
A: If the item is defective or you received the wrong item, we cover return shipping. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Q: How long does it take to get a refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 5–9 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
