1. Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States and most international countries.
However, if your country is restricted by law or not supported, checkout will not be available.
2. How much does shipping cost?
- U.S. orders: Free shipping
- International orders: Flat rate of $8.55
Shipping fees are always shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
3. How long will delivery take?
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–18 business days
Please remember: These estimates do not include processing time (usually 1–3 business days).
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
You can then track your package on the courier’s official website.
5. Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes — but only before it ships.
If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to follow our Returns & Refunds Policy.
To cancel or request changes, email us at support@aatrod.com as soon as possible.
6. What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:
- Unused
- In original packaging
However, custom or final sale items cannot be returned.

7. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept:
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
- Diners Club, JCB
- PayPal
All payments are securely processed — we do not store full card details.
8. Is my payment information safe?
Yes. We protect all transactions with SSL encryption.
Payments go through trusted third-party providers to ensure your security.
9. Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you want a different item, simply return your order for a refund and place a new one.
10. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Please email support@aatrod.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A photo of the item
We’ll resolve it quickly with a refund, replacement, or suitable solution.
11. Do you sell gift cards?
Not yet! We don’t currently offer gift cards — but stay tuned for future updates.
