At Aatrod, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy outlines when and how you can cancel an order, including refund procedures and conditions for exceptions.

1. Eligibility for Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled prior to shipment.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and must follow our Returns & Refunds Policy.
  • Custom-made or special-order items are not eligible for cancellation due to their personalized nature.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To request a cancellation:

  1. Contact our support team at support@aatrod.com with your order number and request.
  2. Our team will verify the order status.
  3. If the order has not shipped, we will proceed with cancellation and initiate a refund.

3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–9 business days after confirmation.
  • If the order is canceled before shipping, the shipping fee will also be refunded.
  • If the order has already shipped, shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or return.


5. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive:

  • An incorrect item, or
  • A shipment that is missing items,

Please notify us at support@aatrod.com within 7 business days of receiving your order.
We will offer one of the following remedies based on your preference and product availability:

  • Ship the correct or missing item at no extra cost, or
  • Issue a full or partial refund.
