Returns & Refunds Policy

At Aatrod, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains how to request a return, refund, or resolution in a fair and transparent manner.

Service Availability: We serve customers in the United States and most international locations, unless restricted by law. If your country is unsupported, you will be unable to complete checkout.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.
  • All tags, labels, and included accessories must be intact.
  • Returns not meeting these criteria may be refused.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Products showing signs of wear, use, or damage not caused during shipping

3. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process:

  1. Contact us at support@aatrod.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will respond with detailed return instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Return the item(s) using a trackable shipping service.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 30 days of receipt at support@aatrod.com.
We may request photos to verify the issue. If confirmed, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–9 business days.

Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t been received after the expected processing time:

  1. Double-check your bank account or credit card statement.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider for delays.
  3. If issues persist, reach out to us at support@aatrod.com.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order separately.
