Ordering

1. How do I place an order?
Browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping and payment details to complete your purchase.

2. Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be modified once submitted. Please double-check your items before placing the order.

3. How can I track my order?
You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can track the shipment through the carrier’s website.


Shipping

1. Do you offer international shipping?
No. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Please see our Shipping Policy for more information.

2. How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. After shipment, delivery usually takes 3–6 business days, depending on your location.

3. What should I do if my package is lost or arrives damaged?
Please contact us at [email protected]. We’ll assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier and ensure a fair outcome.

4. Can I track my package?
Yes. A tracking link will be sent via email once your order is shipped. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update.


Returns & Refunds

1. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 21 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and not marked non-returnable. For full details, refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

2. How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are processed within 9–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.


Cancellations

1. Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, you may request cancellation by contacting us at [email protected]. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may be eligible for a return.

2. Will I be charged a cancellation fee?
Cancellation fees may apply depending on the order status. Our support team will notify you of any applicable charges before confirming the cancellation.
