1. Shipping Availability
We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in the U.S.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is successfully confirmed. Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
3. Delivery Time Estimates
For domestic shipping within the United States, delivery typically takes between 3 to 6 business days.
Please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, holidays, or unexpected delays caused by the carrier.
4. Shipping Costs
We offer a flat shipping rate to all U.S. addresses: $7.95.
Shipping fees are subject to change. Any updates to the rate will be clearly shown during the checkout process before you finalize your payment.
5. Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated and available on the carrier’s website.
6. Delivery Restrictions
We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding services. Orders with invalid or unsupported delivery addresses will be canceled and refunded in full.
